Applicable law and other terms
The present terms of use are governed by the Greek, European and International law. The terms are construed according to the good faith principle, the transaction ethics as well as the financial and social purpose of the right. If any term is considered as contrary to the law and therefore void or voidable, it shall ipso iure cease to be effective, without affecting the validity of the rest of the terms, which shall remain in full force. Any modification of the terms will not be taken into consideration, unless formulated in writing and incorporated into this document. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
